SHIPPING OPTIONS & POLICES
Living Well Today International LLC utilizes the services of Fed Ex and the United States Postal Service for your convenience. Shipping rates are based on weight and location for both service providers.
These delivery estimates are for time in transit only and will not apply until the product leaves our facility.
The estimated shipment date on your order is based on product availability, payment processing time, and warehouse processing time and does NOT include transit time. Please allow our office up to 48 hours for processing and packaging for your order to ship. Once your package leaves our facility you can expect an email with confirmation of shipment and tracking number. As the delivery of your order is beyond our control once your product leaves our facility, Living Well Today International cannot assume liability for late deliveries regardless of the delivery method you specify.
Your order for in-stock items that are eligible for same-day shipping must be received before 2pm EST, pending payment processing, for there to be adequate remaining time in the day for your order to be dispatched.
At Living Well Today, business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders received after 2pm EST, Monday - Thursday, will be processed the following business day; Orders placed Friday after 2 pm EST will not be processed until the following Monday. Living Well Today International will begin payment processing for orders placed on weekends or holidays on the next business day.
Undeliverable Packages: Occasionally packages are returned to Living Well Today International as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to our office, we make every effort to contact you to resolve the matter. If reshipment is requested, a second shipping charge will be applied.
Failed Delivery Attempts: Most LWTI carriers make three attempts to deliver a package. After three delivery attempts, the carrier will return the package to our facility. If reshipment is requested a second shipping charge will be applied.
Refrigerated Items: Products that are perishable (refrigerated and frozen items) are shipped accordingly to ensure receipt of products in good condition. Living Well Today International HIGHLY recommends that refrigerated products ship with Overnight delivery. Refrigerated items are not eligible for return credit/refund and LWTI will not assume responsibility for packages left unattended.
Special Order Products: Special order shipment times may vary. You will receive a shipment confirmation with a tracking number when your product leaves our facility. Special Order Sales are non-refundable.
Back Order Products: Items on back order are shipped separately with no additional shipping charges and will be sent upon availability. You will receive a shipment confirmation with tracking number when your product leaves our facility.
Orders should be placed online at www.LWTInternational.com. Payment methods include Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal.
Orders placed ONLINE that total $75 or more (before shipping & taxes) are eligible for FREE SHIPPING.
Orders can also be placed through our office at (804) 562-8554 but will not be eligible for shipping discounts.
All discounts and promotional offers are calculated before shipping and handling rates are applied.
